Bring Meta Ads leads into Helmior

What it does

Meta Ads is an adaptor: it feeds records into a pipeline, but it isn't a place to talk to Helmior. Your team still works in its chat app.

• Leads in. Each lead form submission opens one record at the stage you choose.
• Results out. When a lead reaches a stage you pick, Helmior can report it back to your ad account as a conversion.

Connect Meta Ads

1. In the Helmior dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations.
2. Under Adaptors, find Meta Ads and click Connect, then approve access in Meta's screens. Include the Page your lead forms live on.
3. Click Sync on the Meta Ads card to fetch your lead forms.

Start records from a lead form

1. Open your pipeline and click the stage where new leads should land.
2. Under Triggers, add Meta Ads and choose the lead form.
3. Deploy the pipeline. From then on, each submission arrives as a record.

Report closed leads back to Meta

1. Click the stage that means "this lead worked out", for example Won.
2. Under Actions, add Report to Meta and choose the dataset.
3. Optionally set the event name (it defaults to Lead) and what the outcome was worth.

Only records that came from Meta are reported. Helmior sends Meta its own lead id and nothing else, so no personal data leaves Helmior.

Frequently asked questions

My lead form isn't in the list

Click Sync on the Meta Ads card. If it's still missing, reconnect and make sure you grant access to the Page the form belongs to.

Does Helmior check Meta on a schedule?

No. Meta sends each lead to Helmior as it's submitted, and Sync refreshes the list of forms whenever you need it.
