Confirmations, undo and removing records

Drafts that wait for a yes

For anything that leaves your workspace or is hard to take back, Helmior shows you a draft first:

• Emails — the full draft, and who it's going to.
• Google Docs and Sheets — what it will create.
• Meetings — the time, the guests and the Meet link.
• Removing a card — which card.

Then reply:

Reply	What happens
yes	Helmior sends or creates it.
no	The draft is dropped.
A change, e.g. make it 4pm or add that we can start in May	Helmior revises the draft and asks again.

Only a person added to your workspace can say yes.

Undo

Made a mistake? Reply @Helmior undo. Helmior shows what it's about to take back and asks you to confirm. Only the person who made the change can undo it.

Removing a record

@Helmior remove the Acme test card asks "Remove Acme test?" Answer yes and the card is closed. Closed cards and their history stay in the dashboard.

Permanently deleting anything is never done from chat. An admin does it in the dashboard, with a second confirmation.

Frequently asked questions

I said yes but nothing happened.

If sending failed — for example because a Google connection expired — the draft stays open. Fix the connection and say yes again. Helmior won't send it twice.

Two of us said yes at the same time. Was it sent twice?

No. Only the first yes counts.

Is there a history of what Helmior changed?

Yes. Every change is logged against the message that caused it, in the pipeline's Activity view. The log can't be edited.
