Google Docs, Sheets, Meet and Gmail
Helmior can write Google Docs and Sheets, set up Google Meet meetings and send email from your own Gmail address. Each person connects their own Google account, and everything is drafted in chat first and only made after they say yes.

Connect your Google account
Each person connects their own account, so files and meetings belong to them:
- Sign in to the Helmior dashboard.
- Go to Settings and find your accounts.
- Click Connect Google (or Update access) and approve.
Admins can also connect Google Sheets under Settings → Integrations, so a pipeline stage can add a row to a spreadsheet automatically.
What you can ask for
| Ask | What happens |
|---|---|
@Helmior write up the Acme visit as a doc |
A Google Doc is drafted, then created in your Drive after you say yes. |
@Helmior make a sheet of this week's open jobs |
A Google Sheet, the same way. |
@Helmior summarise this doc + a link |
Helmior reads a Doc or Sheet you can already open. |
@Helmior set up a call with Priya Thursday 3pm |
A draft event with a Meet link. After you say yes, it goes on your calendar and invites are sent. |
@Helmior cancel the Priya call |
Cancels a meeting Helmior set up. |
@Helmior what's on tomorrow? |
Reads your calendar. |
@Helmior email Priya the quote |
A draft email. After you say yes, it's sent from your own address. |
Limits, on purpose
- Helmior can change only files it created. It can read files you already have access to, but it won't edit your other documents.
- It can cancel only meetings it set up.
- For Gmail it can send only. It never reads your inbox. To bring email into a pipeline, use a webhook trigger.
- Nothing is sent or created without your yes. See Confirmations, undo and removing records.
Frequently asked questions
Helmior says I need to connect Google.
You haven't connected your own Google account, or you connected it without the access this request needs. Go to Settings → your accounts and click Update access.
Can other people's requests use my Google account?
No. Files, meetings and emails always come from the account of the person who asked.
