Talking to Helmior
Mention @Helmior (or use /helmior on Discord) and say what happened in plain words. It can start a record, move it to a stage, note details and outcomes, answer questions about your pipeline, draft emails, documents and meetings, and undo its last change.

A reply to one of Helmior's own messages always counts, so you can carry on a conversation without mentioning it every time.

Emails, documents and meetings need the connections in Google Docs, Sheets, Meet and Gmail, and always wait for your yes.
Which card is it about?
Helmior works out which record you mean in this order:
- The thread. A message in a card's thread is about that card. This is the most reliable way.
- A link. Paste the card's link from the dashboard.
- The name. "Acme" is enough if only one open card matches.
- Recent messages (Slack and Discord only). "Move that to Quoted" uses what was said just before.
If it's still unsure, Helmior asks — for example "Which card — Acme Ltd or Acme Builders?" Just answer in a reply.
Answering Helmior's questions
Sometimes Helmior needs one more detail: which stage, which card, who should pick it up, or how a record ended. Reply to its question with the answer — the second one, @Dana, Won. It finishes what you originally asked; you don't need to repeat it.
Tips for good results
- One update per message. Helmior makes at most one change per message. Two separate things? Send two messages.
- Keep it short. Messages over 2,000 characters are refused. For long notes, ask it to write a doc.
- Use names people use. Stage names don't need to match exactly. "Accepted the quote" can move a card to Won if that's what the stage means.
- Say what happened, not what to click. "Priya signed" beats "set status to signed".
What it won't do
- Act on messages that weren't addressed to it.
- Act for someone who hasn't been added to the workspace.
- Delete records, or change people's roles or permissions. Do those in the dashboard.
- Make updates from a DM. See Direct messages.
- Search the web or answer questions unrelated to your workspace.
Frequently asked questions
Helmior said "That's a lot of messages at once — give me a minute."
You or your team hit the rate limit. Wait a minute and send the message again.
Can Helmior understand languages other than English?
Yes. Write in whatever language your team uses. Stage names and magic words are matched as you set them up, so keep those in one language.
Does it matter who writes the message?
Yes. Updates are recorded against the person who wrote them, and pipelines in strict mode only let certain roles start or move records at some stages. If you're not allowed to, Helmior tells you.
