Direct messages with Helmior
You can message Helmior privately to ask about your own work, like "what's on my plate?". DMs are read-only. Helmior answers from the channels you're in, but it won't create or change records there. Updates happen in the team channel, where everyone can see them.

Helmior answers only from channels you belong to now or belonged to before. Admins and owners can ask about everything in the workspace.
Why DMs are read-only
Updates made in the team channel are visible to everyone who works on the record. If records could be changed privately, the team would lose track of what happened and why. So in a DM, Helmior answers but never writes. Magic words don't work there either.
How to open a DM

The Chats screen in the Helmior dashboard works the same way: same bot, same answers, same read-only rule.
Frequently asked questions
Helmior doesn't answer my DM at all.
It only answers people it knows. Ask an admin to add you on the Organization chart, linked to your chat account. See Add people so Helmior recognises them.
