Add people so Helmior recognises them
Helmior only acts for people an admin has added. Open Organization, click Add person, and pick the teammate's account from a connected chat app. Helmior then recognises them from their next message. Nobody is ever added automatically.

Why this step matters
When someone mentions Helmior, the first thing it checks is whether it knows them. If it doesn't, it replies:
I don't know you yet — ask an admin to add you to the workspace, and I'll pick up your messages from then on.
Nothing that person said is saved or acted on, and there's no approval queue. Only an admin adding them changes that. This keeps strangers in a shared channel from editing your records.
Add a person
- In the dashboard, open Organization.
- Click Add person (or Add several people).
- Under Search your connected workspaces, type their name and pick their chat account.
- Set their role, who they report to, and their role tags, then click Add to workspace.
Helmior recognises them from their next message.
When someone isn't in the search

So on those apps, ask the person to send @Helmior hello (or /helmior hello on Discord). They get the "I don't know you yet" reply, and then appear in the search.
Roles

Role tags (such as Sales or Accounts) describe what a person does. A person can have several. In a pipeline set to strict mode, role tags decide who can start or move records at each stage.
Removing someone
Remove the person from the Organization chart. Helmior stops acting for them straight away and tells them: "Your access to this workspace was removed". Their past updates stay in the history. If you add them again later, they come back as the same person, with their history.
Frequently asked questions
Can Helmior add people automatically when they join a channel?
No, on purpose. Adding people is always an admin decision.
A freelancer or client needs to use Helmior in one channel.
Add them as a person like anyone else. Unless they're an admin, they only see pipelines for channels they're in.
