Plans, seats and AI credits
Helmior has a Free plan and two paid plans, Startups and Corporate, priced per seat. Each plan gives every person an AI allowance that resets weekly and monthly; credit packs cover use past it. Admins manage all of it in Settings → Workspace.

Every other chat app and tool works on every plan.
Upgrade or change plan
Only admins can change the plan.
- Open Settings → Workspace.
- Next to Plan, click Upgrade (or Change on a paid plan).
- Pick the plan and the number of seats, then pay.
Seats
On a paid plan, an admin chooses how many seats to pay for. You can't buy fewer seats than your members plus open invitations.
- Add seats: in Settings → Workspace, next to Seats, click Add. Added seats are charged now, for the rest of the billing period.
- Remove seats: click Change and lower the number. The lower count starts at your next renewal. There is no refund for the current period.
- People joining or leaving never change your bill on their own. Only the seats an admin buys do.
The AI allowance
Each person gets their own allowance of AI use, measured in tokens: roughly the words Helmior reads and writes for them. It resets every week and every month. Settings → Workspace → Usage shows how much of this month's allowance the workspace has used, as a percentage.
When someone reaches their allowance, Helmior stops giving them AI answers until it resets, unless the workspace has credits.
AI credits
A credit pack adds 5M tokens for $10. It is a one-time purchase, shared by the whole workspace, and it never expires. Credits are only used once a person has gone past their plan's allowance.
To buy one, go to Settings → Workspace, and next to Credit packs click Buy. That row also shows how much of your last pack is left. Admins get a message when credits run low and when they run out.
Invoices and payment
Admins on a paid plan can open Billing → Invoices in Settings → Workspace to see past invoices and change the card. If a payment fails, the Plan row says so. Update the card there to keep the plan running.
Cancel
Manage or cancel the subscription from Billing → Invoices. A cancelled plan keeps running until the end of the period you've paid for; the Plan row shows the date it ends.
