Bind a channel to a pipeline
Each pipeline listens to exactly one channel, group or space. Pick it when you create the pipeline, or later from the pipeline's Settings → Channel, then deploy. Until a channel is bound, Helmior replies there that no pipeline is set up yet.

One pipeline, one channel
A pipeline belongs to exactly one channel. Everything said there feeds that pipeline, and its records and people stay there. To run the same process for another team or region, create a second pipeline, in a second channel, from the same template.
A channel can only be bound to one pipeline. Channels already in use are marked Bound to a pipeline in the picker.
When creating a pipeline
- Click + New pipeline.
- Pick the connected chat app, then the channel.
- The canvas opens. Build your stages, add a magic word, and click Deploy.
You can choose skip for now to sketch the pipeline first and bind a channel later.
For an existing pipeline
- Open the pipeline → Settings → Channel.
- Pick the chat app and channel.
- Make sure the pipeline has been deployed.
The channel isn't in the list

Deploy, or nothing happens
Helmior only runs a pipeline's deployed version. Edits are saved as a draft automatically, but the team doesn't see them until you click Deploy. If stages that still have records in them would change, Helmior asks you to confirm before deploying.
Frequently asked questions
Helmior says "I'm in this channel, but no pipeline is bound to it yet".
That's exactly what it means. Bind the channel from the pipeline's Settings → Channel.
Helmior says "This pipeline hasn't been deployed yet".
Open the pipeline and click Deploy.
