Reminders for due cards and meetings
Helmior can message the people on a card the day before it's due or the morning it's due, flag it in the card's thread the day after it's missed, and send a short briefing before a stage meeting. An admin turns reminders on per pipeline; anyone can turn theirs off by messaging Helmior.

What gets sent

Everything due for one person in one pipeline comes as one message, not one per card. If your morning brief is on, you aren't told about today's cards twice.
Meeting briefings are sent for meetings Helmior set up from a stage's Set up a Google Meet action.
Turning them on (admins)
Open the pipeline's Settings → Automation → Reminders, tick Send reminders for this pipeline, then choose which reminders and the time they're sent. Times use the pipeline's timezone. Reminders are off until you turn them on.

Frequently asked questions
I'm on the card but got no reminder.
Helmior can only message you in a direct chat you've already started, so message it once first. On WhatsApp, it can only write within 24 hours of your last message.
Can reminders go to the channel instead?
Only the overdue line does, so the whole team sees a missed date. Due and meeting reminders are personal and go by direct message.
