Bring your work in from Trello
An admin can copy a Trello board into Helmior once. You see every list, card and person before anything comes in, and nothing stays linked to Trello afterwards.

Bringing a board in copies it once. Helmior never changes anything in Trello, and it doesn't keep the two in sync.
Connect Trello
Only an admin can do this.
- In the Helmior app, go to Import work on Home and open Trello. You're also offered this while you set up.
- Click Connect and approve Helmior on Trello's screen. Helmior only asks to read your boards.
Bring a board in
- Choose a board. Each one shows how many cards are on it.
- Check what was found: every list with its cards, and the comments and due dates.
- Choose how the work will run: Helmior's Suggested steps, read from your lists and cards, or your lists As in Trello. You can change the steps any time after.
- Under People on these cards, choose who on your team gets each person's cards, or invite them. A teammate with the same name is picked for you; a close name is suggested for you to check.
- Click Bring in. Nothing changes until you do.

A card arrives closed only if it's marked complete in Trello, or if you tick Close these on a step that ends the work. Everything else arrives open.
Archived cards and lists, custom fields and attached files themselves stay in Trello.
After it's in
The board gets its own page under Import work. There you can change who gets whose cards at any time, and see what has happened to it. Check for changes brings in what's new or changed in Trello since. Anything edited in Helmior more recently is kept.

Frequently asked questions
Does it keep syncing with Trello?
No. It's a copy. Run Check for changes if you're still using Trello while you try Helmior.
Can I bring the same board in twice?
Yes. Nothing is duplicated: cards already here are updated, and only new ones are added.
How do I disconnect Trello?
On the Trello import page, click Disconnect under the title. What you've already brought in stays.
