Which chat apps does Helmior work with?
Helmior works in Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Discord, Telegram and WhatsApp, and can post announcements to Signal. This page compares how you install it, how you talk to it, and what it can do on each.

What's the same everywhere
- Helmior acts only when it's addressed, and only for people added to your workspace.
- Each pipeline belongs to one channel, group, space or conversation.
- Emails, documents and meetings are drafted first and need a yes.
- Direct messages are read-only.
Small differences worth knowing
- Earlier messages. On Slack and Discord, Helmior can read the messages just before yours, so "@Helmior move that to Quoted" works. On Teams, Google Chat, Telegram and WhatsApp it only sees the message it's sent, so name the card.
- Acknowledgements. On Slack, Helmior reacts with an emoji when it picks up your message. It shows a typing indicator on Slack, Telegram, Discord and Teams while it works.
- Channel lists. Slack, Discord, Google Chat and Signal list channels for you to pick from. Teams, Telegram and WhatsApp only learn about a chat once somebody writes in it, so send one message first.
- Picking teammates. Slack lists your whole workspace. On the other apps, a person appears in the people search once they've written in a connected channel.
Frequently asked questions
Can we connect more than one chat app?
Yes. Connect as many as you like. Each pipeline still binds to one channel on one of them.
Why isn't a chat app shown on my Integrations page?
The page shows only the chat apps Helmior can offer your workspace right now. If one you need is missing, email support and we'll tell you when it will be available.
Does Helmior work with Mattermost, Zoom Chat or iMessage?
Not today. For any other tool, a pipeline stage can receive records from a webhook.
